Bellows

Bellows are protective elements. They consist of a movable bellow and two connection sides that are provided for the fixation. They protect rods that are moved in axial direction and machines from contamination, splash water, dust or atmospheric influences.

Application

For the functional sealing of ball joints, the connection of pipe ends, shear rods (e.g. in applications of hydraulics and pneumatics), axis bearings.

Grippers and suction cups

Pneumatically activated grippers and suction cups are used in the automated handling technique. Gripper are provided for the handling of sensitive goods from ceramic, Elastomer, metal in the area of the machine charging and assembly support. Suction cups are mainly used for the handling of smooth and air-impermeable surfaces.

Plug & Seal connections

Plug & Seal connections are pipe sections that are rubberised to the outer surface with sealing beads and stop dampers. They are suitable to connect two housings or aggregates – i.e. for the safe transport of mediums, such as e. g.oils, water or air.

Roll Type membranes, membranes

Membranes are hermetic seals between two spaces of normally different mediums and/or different pressure ratios.
Roll type membranes are thin walled sensitive special membranes from rubber elastic materials with fabric reinforcement.

Application

Roll type membranes are used in pneumatically and hydraulically activated control and feedback control systems, pressure switches, pressure intensifiers as well as in detection and display systems. They are used for low pressures in fibreless design.

Sheets may be produced as pure Elastomer sheets as well as with fabric reinforcement and liners or layers from PTFE.

Stuffing box packings

Stuffing box packings are cords plaited by machine from different materials that are suitable for the sealing of rotating shafts located in pumps, ventilators and fittings.
Packing sections are put annularly one after the other around the shaft and than pressed by the gland sleeve. Special lubrication and sliding means are used during braiding for better running properties.
