Ball profile rail guides
Profiled rail guides with balls consist of at least one carriage and one guide rail. A wide range of construction sizes, carriages and rails versions allow the designer a great deal of freedom. Unlimited hubs can be achieved by inserting several rails together. Advantages are, for example, high rotors and positioning accuracy, high dynamically and low friction.
Applications: plastics injection moulding, wood processing, conveyor systems, pressure and packaging industry, medical technology and many other industries
Ball, rolls and trapezoidal screw drives
Ball screw gears, in rolled design, convert rotary movements into linear movements and vice versa. A big variety of nuts, preloaded or adjustable or clearance free or also in the miniature range, result in countless application possibilities. Roller screw drives, also as planetary roller screw drives, are available with high load ratings and high precision. Trapezoidal screw drives are for single applications without big demands on precision, where steel rotates on steel. It is a cost-effective alternative.

Flat cages
Quiet in the box, or better yet, in the cage! If this is what you expect from your machine tool, a semiconductor production system, a classic machining center, a handling system or a special machine, and not least from a measuring or test device, linear drives are the middle of the road. Used as needle, roller, cross rollers and ball cages in precision rail guides, they guarantee not only high travel speeds but also extreme sustainability. All the better when they rotate quietly.

Rotors from lifting cylinders: Lifting and adjustment systems
The dirt has to go! All industries have this requirement, which is increasingly putting the insert of classic hydraulic cylinders that are susceptible to contamination into question. Today, the technical alternative for the "dirty ones" are electronically controllable lifting cylinders, also known as actuators.
They consist of a telescopic column, electronic control unit and operating element. Actuators are inserted at high load capacities and enormous speeds in continuous operation, such as in building automation, welding torches, kitchen applications, workstations, hospital beds, tables, chairs and countless other possible applications. It's clear that, at this level of versatility, the operation has also been considered: This is made with a choice of hand, feet or table switch.

Linear roller bearings
Linear roller bearings have cylindrical rolls. They are made of high sustainability, high precision and high rigidity. The insert is normally made with hardened rails and can therefore realize unlimited stroke lengths.

As we all know, format is no question of size. This is why miniature profiled rail guides are also very popular in medical and laboratory technology. However, it is not only in these industries that machine manufacturers are attracted to stainless miniature profiled rail guides. And consisting of at least one carriage and one guide rail, they are also popular in automation technology. And not only because they are optionally fitted with two or four rows of balls, but also because they also gloss in a wide variety of construction sizes and carriage versions, thus enabling design freedom of the proverbial finest kind: small installation space at large profiled rail guides. Shaft guidance systems
Ball and sliding bushings run on surface-hardened shafts. There is a big assortment of different types and forms of bushings and different construction sizes, as well as many units, i.e. bushings with housing. It is a cost-effective alternative to many other linear guide systems, but then possibly not with the precision and speed.
Applications: some examples are e.g. chop saw - woodworking industry, pick and place applications - automation technology, filling machines - beverage industry, pneumatic slides - automation technology, machine doors - plastic machines, edge banding machine - woodworking industry, fully automatic coffee machine - food industry, labeling machine - packaging industry, leg press - fitness equipment, etc
Slide pack units
Sometimes things need to be light, especially by hand. It's a good thing that there are slide pack units that do a first-class job - installed in copiers, tool cupboards, protective covers on machine tools, cabinets for electronic devices, diverse vending machines or cash registers, for example.
The fact that the slide pack units make everyday life so much lighter is in their very nature: a soft-faced slide is a light and compact guide system. It consists of a precision-pressed carriage with integrated recirculating balls for smooth linear movements.
Quality slide pack units are made to last: they are highly rigid, quiet and even made of stainless steel. Technology can not make life any lighter.
Applications: Machine tool construction e.g. in CNC machines, in automation technology and robotics, electronics assembly, pressure and paper industry
Telescopic rails
Telescopic slides are a special design of ball bearing mounted linear guidings for moving loads at long hubs and short installation lengths. This is achieved by ball bearing mounted guide rails mounted in two or more stages one inside the other, which can be extended telescopically. Resilient and extension ratio are the basic subdivision features of the telescopic slides. This results in five versions and three extension ratios. The extension ratio is made of the extension length, i.e. the hub to installation length of the telescopic slide.
Applications: Protective devices at machine tools, product feed for electromedical devices or semiconductor technology, workpiece magazine for bearings and logistics, movable sliding doors, etc.
Track roller guides
Track roller guides consist of carriages and rails with an aluminum- basic body. You can also assemble the guides yourself in a modular system according to individual possibilities. There is a wide range of different carriages (manual adjustment of the play or with a carriage adjusted without play) and guide rails. In the modular system, you have access to an assortment of profiled rollers, pins and other accessories. Because the rails are also available in arch elements, a wide range of applications can also be planned in arch, round- and oval systems. Special advantages: low-noise rotors, high speeds, very long travel lengths, low weight.
