Electromechanical lubricators by perma work fully automatically with a battery or external voltage. They dispense lubricants at regular intervals and in regular quantities to suit the application, keeping parts such as bearings, sliding guides, gears and shafts running smoothly.

perma STAR CONTROL
Automatic lubrication system with external power supply that enables time- or distance-dependent lubrication. Signals over the operating status of the lubrication system can be evaluated by connecting to a higher-level machine control system.

perma ULTRA
As a full automatic lubrication system, the perma ULTRA is applicable in many applications. The precise dosage system is available in three LC sizes, with adjustable dispensing frequency from weekly up to monthly. This lubrication system can be used especially at longwise supply lines to the lubricating points: Rotary kilns, conveyor belts, drag conveyors, vibrating screens.

Application
Direct mounting at the lubrication point
Mounting the perma STAR VARIO or perma STAR CONTROL right at the lubrication point enables quick installation, and is particularly recommended for easily accessible and safe lubrication points.
Indirect mounting at the lubrication point
Indirect mounting of the perma STAR VARIO or perma STAR CONTROL at the lubrication point is recommended for hard-to-reach, hazardous and highly vibrating lubrication points. perma offers brackets, hose connections, hoses, reducers and other connecting parts for installation.
Electrochemical single-point lubrication systems

Direct mounting at the lubrication point
Direct mounting at the lubrication point, e.g. with perma FLEX, allows quick and easy installation at easily accessible and safe lubrication points. Direct mounting is possible with low vibrations.
Indirect mounting at the lubrication point
Indirect installation is carried out using perma connection parts (including brackets, hoses, hose connections, reducers, extensions, elbows, oil retention valves, and lubricating brushes).

The system transports lubricant to a maximum of six lubrication points, at up to 10 bar. perma ECOSY can be installed up to 10 meters away, making it easy to top up.
