Cone bearing (Metacone)
The TRELLEBORG Metacone ass ortment is designed for high loads for relatively large, static deflections.
Their compact, fail-safe design is available for a wide range of high loads and additionally in some cases with alternative mountings.
Recesses in rubber profiles of various sizes allow for different vertical/horizontal stiffness ratios.
Typical applications include:
Off-highway and on-road vehicle engines, vehicle cabs, oil tanks/tankers.
Ultra bushing (UD bushing)
The TRELLEBORG ultra bushing consists of two concentric sleeves, fixed connections by vulcanized rubber. Designed to provide the best possible damping of axial and radial torsional movements and high loads. The rubber is pre-stressed to guarantee maximum dynamically strength and durability.
Ultra bushing is maintenance-free. The bushings provide excellent structure-borne noise and vibration isolation, allowing connections between structures and being low-noise and vibration-free.
The TRELLEBORG ultra bushing enables oscillating movement by turning the rubber in the shear direction. They are suitable, for example, for vehicle suspensions, swivel arms and all styles of mechanical linkages. They are suitable as a replacement for rolling bearings at small movables (torsion angle up to 20°). They reduce shock loads and noise transmission at structures.

V-bearing (RA mount)
The TRELLEBORG V-bearing uses a rubber profile that offers good vertical flexibility with the advantage of horizontal stability in shear and compression. For normal speeds of approx. 1500 rpm, the V-bearing offers a degree of isolation of 75-85 %. For better isolation, the alternative RAEM or M series can be selected.
TRELLEBORG V-bearings are high-performance mountings with a series of advantages:
- Rubber properties are effectively used to provide compression and load capacity options in the range of 40-2100 kg

MO bearings (EH mount)
The TRELLEBORG MO bearingis designed first and foremost for mobile applications at which high dynamically and impact forces occur. Dynamically vertical movements in both directions are limited and excellent horizontal stability is provided.
The functionality of EH includes roles like:

- Big load range, 40 up to 1200 kg

MDS bearings
The TRELLEBORG MDS bearing is based on a 2-piece single screw assembly and is therefore single to install.
A radius or chamfered installation hole is not necessary. One flange prevents rubber wear at the interface of the mount. An invulcanised ring limits vertical movement and prevents excessive loads on the rubber. The ring is encapsulated in the rubber to prevent corrosion.
The MDS bearing is designed to absorb high dynamic impact loads, but to limit movements in all directions (MDS = Multi Directional Snubbing).
In the static load range, MDS bearings exhibit linear stiffness characteristics that allow a single prediction of the deflection and isolation of the bearing.

Engines, small cabs in off-highway vehicles
Hydrobushing
TRELLEBORG hydrobushing are elastomer springs with integrated hydraulic damping. Suitable for mounting combustion engines, cabins, pumps and compressors, mainly in agricultural and construction machinery. They are especially applicable when deep frequencies occur as excitation frequencies in the mounting system. They achieve high damping in the natural frequency range of the system, as well as isolation properties above this range. All hydrobushing are galvanized to provide additional corrosion protection.

Motor mounts, cabin mounts, pumps, compressors, industrial fans, sound enclosures, floating structures
Application
Conical bearings: Installation & assembly
Our conical bearings are designed for fastening with screw connections. Compensation for minor misalignment during assembly is possible, depending on the component. For flange mounting, ensure that the underside of the flange is in full contact with the frame mounting surfaces. The bearing configuration must be machined so that the metal inner part and the flange are preloaded in relation to each other.
Maintenance-free ultra bushings
The ultra bushing is a cylindrical bushing that can absorb axial, radial and torsional movements, as well as cardanic deflections.
Ultra bushings have a wide range of applications and elastic connecting elements. Typical areas of application include elastic joints on vibration shakers and elastic bearings in bearing blocks for shafts and axles, and also in handlebars and couplings.
V bearings
Our V bearings are designed for fastening with screw connections. Depending on the component, it is possible to compensate for minor misalignment during assembly. Ensure that the mounting surfaces of the frame and the mass to be mounted are level. The bearing must be configured in relation to the static load so that the cover and the flange are preloaded in relation to each other.
MO bearings are elastic connecting elements
There is a wide range of applications for MO bearings: mounting of power units, auxiliary units, radiators, small cabins in vehicle construction, mounting of exhaust air ducts, and exhaust pipes in the maritime sector. They offer reliable limitation of radial deflection, and have good insulation properties in the longitudinal direction together with a compact design.

Our MDS bearings are designed to absorb highly dynamic impact loads while also limiting movements in all directions (MDS = Multi-Directional Snubbing). In the static load range, MDS bearings are characterized by linear rigidity characteristics that allow easy prediction of the deflection and isolation of the bearing. They are used in engines, small cabs, and off-highway vehicles.
Hydraulic bushings - Elastomer springs with built-in hydraulic damping
Our hydraulic bushings are suitable for the mounting of combustion engines, cabins, pumps and compressors, primarily in agricultural and construction machinery. They provide high damping in the natural frequency range of the system and good insulating properties above this range, and significantly reduce sound-conducting vibrations in the bearing system.
