Hose technology - We bend to your needs
Hose connections can withstand incredible prevailing forces. But hose technology is more than just "the thing that transports the stuff" – solid, specialist hose technology is used whenever you need to transmit hydraulic forces in adverse environmental conditions. That's more than enough reason to show hose technology the respect it deserves, and to mention it in the same breath as aggregates, consumers and control technology as well. After all, if the hose line leaks, the whole hydraulic system will run out of air – sorry, oil!
Assembled hose lines, rubber hoses: the adjusted ones.
We value the quality of a good hose line. That's why it's clear that we primarily stock or organize those that deserve the name premium. You can choose between mesh or spiral hoses, low pressure or suction hoses - with exactly the parameters you define. Provided you request one to be made up. If you prefer to take things into your own hands, simply rely on our piece goods and hose connections. And for those times when you are not 100% sure of your safety, just ask us. For us, hose technology and therefore also pipelines has always been a range to which we give as much space and knowledge as it deserves in our eyes. And that's technically and also in terms of standards.
Crimp fittings
Crimp fittings in hydraulic applications guarantee perfect connections and leak-free sealing. The connecting parts are standardized according to numerous national and international norms. The main task of the end section consists of the permanent sealing between the fitting and the hose-.
Hydraulic couplings: the solvable ones.
If there's one thing we can say with safety, it's that there is definitely no loose screw here. Why? Because a solid and high quality screw coupling can single-handedly not afford to do so. However, it is by no means the case that the screw coupling has to shoulder the whole responsibility - as we all know, it always takes two. In this case, it is both halves of the screw coupling, namely the plug and the bushings. Both are equipped with a check valve. These are responsible for ensuring that fluids flow when they are supposed to, but that all other parts are sealed. Incidentally, the screw coupling is clearly at the front at one thing: pressure. With plug couplings, it is the Goliath among connectors and can withstand stronger impulses and pressures. The plug couplings are different: where both are in agreement again: They want to be named in construction size and connections.
PS performance starts with the hydromount
The so-called hydromount is less wide-ranging. Also known as a hydro engine mount, it is used exclusively for mounting engines and gears to the body. Contrary to what the name might suggest, water does not have anything to do with hydromounts. Rather, they are rubber-metal bearing elements with integrated hydraulic damping. They filter, absorb and also ensure that the driver can enjoy good blades.
Thermoplastic hoses: these all-rounders.
If you take a view of the properties of thermoplastic hoses, it quickly becomes clear why they are so popular in the hydraulic environment and have earned a fixed place as components at hose technology. They can withstand incredibly high and low temperatures (-50°C up to +230°C) and are therefore predestined for the process industry. Thermoplastic hoses are also extremely wear-resistant and resistant, which promises a long service life. The mixture of compact outer and small inner diameter combined with low weight makes them an easy-to-implement component for a wide range of tasks in industrial hydraulics, the mobility sector, the chemical industry, process engineering and technical gases, but also for the insert of alternative fuels or pneumatic applications.
